We are currently looking for an entry -level Junior Administration Officer to join our team. If you've just finished school or have experience in retail or hospitality and want to kick-start your career, this role offers full training and hands-on learning.. You'll also be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams.
This role is a full-time, office-based position based in Bendigo.
Please note that this position will commence in mid-January 2026.
We're looking for people with:

* Good written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
* Problem solving skills
* Good computer skills
Key responsibilities:
* Data entry
* Answer phone calls, attend to email enquiries
* Manage booking schedules
* Lodgement of new claims
* Provide general administrative support to the team
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders
* Perform other duties as assigned.
