* Ensure the use of standardised reporting templates across the project management community, enabling consistency and facilitating a seamless transition into BAU at the end of the project lifecycle.
* Build strong relationships with the finance team, reporting on project spend to link back to project delivery feedback, providing a cohesive view of project health.
* Use standardised templates to bring consistency to reporting and tracking.
* Support project managers with the production of steering committee updates, enabling consistency in project language and status updates, providing an objective overview where required.
* Identify opportunities that can be incorporated into future initiatives.
* Create a framework where improvements are identified and implemented.

About Your Skills

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and consider themselves personable while driving clear outcomes.

You will also have in your toolkit:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or a related customer-facing industry with experience in project management.

* Technical skills and demonstrated experience in using software programs and platforms for project management.
* Experience in leading projects with stakeholders from multiple cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to interpret analytical data and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Change management experience.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
