* Directly supporting individuals' wellbeing, including assistance with daily household activities, meal preparation, personal care, and social, recreational, and community experiences that enhance quality of life based on support plan goals.

* Understanding individuals' needs, preferences, and interests and responding to them, their families, and others in their lives.

* Implementing a range of people support plans under general direction.

* Providing information, feedback, and reports, including recording charts and completing routine tasks using Melba's systems, including computer software applications.

* Providing information to colleagues on routine matters relating to individuals' needs and general house matters.

* Keeping accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and Melba's records, information security, and privacy policies and requirements.">
* Taking reasonable care for one's own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and Melba's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
