Position The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports digital marketing activity across the organisation’s online channels. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, the role supports with social media, website updates, digital content, basic campaign support and performance reporting. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer seeking hands-on experience across a broad range of digital marketing activities in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support digital marketing campaigns aligned to the broader strategy
* Schedule, publish and monitor social media content
* Assist with website updates using WordPress
* Support paid digital campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, including set-up, asset uploads and monitoring.
* Help create digital content (copy, basic graphics, short-form video)
* Assist with content shoots, events, and site visits (travel supported)
* Track and report on digital performance metrics
* Maintain content calendars and campaign documentation
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
* Diploma (or studying) in marketing, or equivalent practical experience
* 1-2 years in a marketing/digital role, internship, or strong portfolio
* Exposure to paid social campaigns (training or assisted experience)
* Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn and scheduling tools
* Basic CMS experience or quick learner
* Strong written communication with attention to tone and brand
* Organised, able to manage multiple tasks
* Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow digital marketing skills
Desirable
* Basic experience with Adobe, or similar design tools.
* Understanding of accessibility in digital communications.
