In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and comprehensive tenders to support upcoming project wins. Key Responsibilities: Review project plans and specifications to determine the overall scope of work and required resources. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment needed for competitive tenders. Source and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure value and project alignment. Identify potential project risks and opportunities to provide accurate financial forecasting. Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to finalise bid submissions and budgets. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction, civil, or engineering industries. Strong ability to perform accurate take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings. High level of commercial acumen with a sharp eye for detail and mathematical accuracy. Excellent negotiation skills for managing supplier and subcontractor relationships. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict tender submission deadlines. Why Join?
