Reception & Admissions area is the first point of contact for consumers attending our services. As the face of Monash Health, having exceptional customer service skills is essential to providing patients, visitors and staff with the required support during their visit.

**About The Role**
We are excited to announce a permanent part time position for our Dandenong & Kingston sites:
30.5hrs per fortnight
Week 1 = Tuesday 6.30am - 1.30pm & Friday 6.30am - 3pm
Week 2 = Tuesday 8am - 4.30pm & Friday 8am - 4.30pm
As a member of our team, expect to answer a range of questions and queries over the phone or face to face, provide directions to visitors, patients and staff, enter data into our Patient Information System (iPM), all whilst delivering exception customer service.
Availability is essential as our operational shifts are rostered between 6:30am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday, at both Dandenong & Kingston location. Staff are also required to work across two sites, as per the contracted shifts offered.
**About You**
We welcome previous experience in a Healthcare setting with medical terminology knowledge an advantage. Above all we are looking for someone who can uphold Monash Health's ICARE values.
