Level Plumbing Canberra has been providing Canberra and surrounds with high-quality plumbing services for more than 2 decades, so what better time to join our team than now, as we celebrate our 25th year. As a member of the Master Plumbers Association, we are proud to be a locally owned company, operating out of Fyshwick and employing around 120 staff. Even though we're one of Canberra's larger plumbing companies, we are a family values-based business and work hard to ensure we have a great culture for our team, where people feel genuinely valued and have the opportunity to showcase their strengths.

Explore the Opportunity

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Service Coordinator teams.

In these busy roles, you'll play a key part in helping to organise our day-to-day operations and provide support to the wider team by coordinating service jobs for our clients. Typical tasks will include:

* Scheduling appointments for clients and tracking clients service requests;
* Organising materials for use on site;
* Ensuring our field technicians are organised and on track;
* Responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of service;
* Maintaining our client database;
* Generating and analysing client reports;
* Undertaking other tasks that help support our clients and technicians.

We need someone who loves to be busy, is the ultimate multi-tasker and is an admin and scheduling superstar. What does that look like? We need people who:

* Are organised, efficient and really enjoy getting things done;
* Are focussed on providing a high level of service and client satisfaction;
* Can think critically and strategically and have great analytical skills;
* Genuinely love structure, are great at juggling competing priorities and pride themselves on their productivity;
* Are punctual, reliable and thorough; and
* Can manage their time effectively and not think twice about dealing with interruptions to their day.

You'll have demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have organised, scheduled and provided client support. We're a Google Workspace workplace, but if you have MS Office software experience that would be great too. SimPRO experience is desirable but not essential.
