ABOUT THE ROLE
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed their service expectations. We want you to WOW every customer and make their visit to Spendless an experience to remember. The most important people in Spendless Shoes are our Store Sales Team. You are the first point of contact with our most important asset, the customer.
You will:

* Have previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
* Preferably have supervisory experience.
* Have cash handling/EFTPOS experience.
* Have stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge.
* Ideally understand sales budgets and KPIs.
* Enjoy fast-paced challenging work.
* Be motivated to be successful.
* Have outstanding communication skills.
* Be confident and friendly.
* Passion for fashion footwear.
