Service Representative Position:
We are looking for a service representative to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will coordinate service bookings and ensure timely attendance from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily calls for technicians
* Provide technical support via phone, email, and webchat
* Manage service data in CRM systems
* Liaise with service agents for job completion
* Assist with customer complaints and special requests
* Process payments and installations from sales orders
* Communicate updates to the Service Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Year 12 VCE or equivalent education
* Proven customer service skills
* Professional communication abilities
* Experience with CRM systems (preferably NetSuite/Salesforce)
