We're offering a unique hybrid Field Services Expert (FSE) role combining technical field service with clinical applications support. Great opportunity for someone from pathology diagnostics; clinical applications or field engineering who's ready for a change. You'll receive extensive hands‐on training in Australia and internationally and support a portfolio of pathology laboratory diagnostic systems across the NSW/ACT region.
Your role
* Visiting customer sites across NSW/ACT which include public/private hospitals and laboratories.
* Engineering support – Perform installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades and corrective services.
* Applications support – Deliver application training, workflow optimisation and ongoing customer support.
* Build strong customer relationships to improve system performance and patient outcomes.
* Work closely with internal teams and share customer insights to support product improvements.
* Adhere to all EHS and compliance requirements.
Your expertise
* Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or a related field.
* Experience in application support or field engineering in diagnostics.
* Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic technologies.
* Happy to work autonomously when trained.
* Hold an unrestricted driver's licence.
* Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
* Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
