Position Summary
The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day management of the Breitling Boutique, playing a key role in driving business performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading a high-performing retail team.
Working closely with the Boutique Manager, this role helps coach, motivate, and develop a passionate team of sales associates to achieve individual and boutique sales targets. The Assistant Boutique Manager leads by example on the shop floor, builds strong client relationships, and contributes to extending customer lifetime value through trust, loyalty, and outstanding service.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Lead by example on the shop floor, acting as a visible presence and support for the team
Help foster a customer-centric culture aligned with Breitling's global retail standards
Deliver an exceptional and consistent Breitling client experience at all times
Assist in coaching, motivating, and developing the team to achieve individual and store KPIs
Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM and clienteling tools
Support execution of visual merchandising, in-store events, and marketing initiatives
Ensure operational excellence across both front and back of house
Assist with stock management, after-sales service experience, and boutique presentation
Act as a key holder and support boutique security and daily operations
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail environment, ideally within luxury or premium retail
Previous supervisory or assistant management experience preferred
Passion for client relationships and delivering premium customer experiences
Inspirational and hands-on leadership style
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Results-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
Team-oriented and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
Confident with computer systems and POS platforms (Salesforce experience advantageous)
An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
Creativity, experimentation, and forward-thinking solutions
Strong ethical principles and a commitment to inclusivity
Deep respect for heritage, craftsmanship, and brand expertise
