Sporting the dual crown of Australia's oldest dairy and Australia's most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity for a Senior Product Development Technologist on a full time fixed-term basis.
A Senior Product Development Technologist at Brownes Dairy plays a key role in providing delicious and nutritious products across Australia and the world through leading the development of innovative dairy products from concept to commercialisation. This role will focus on enhancing our current product portfolio and driving new products that align with market trends and consumer demands.
Role Responsibilities
* End to End Project Management for New Product Development
* Internal and External Stakeholder management
* Conduct factory trials to ensure feasibility of factory scale production
* Development of accurate and detailed specifications
* Provide proactive support to our Operations area
* Enhance existing product formulations to improve quality
Requirements
* Bachelor Level Qualification in Food Science Technology or similar.
* Experience within a Product Development role (Dairy preferred but not essential)
* Proven ability to manage the full product development lifecycle
* Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects at once
