We are currently partnering with a well-established Tier 1 Building Contractor, delivering premium large-scale, high-rise Residential projects across Australia.
We are seeking a Project Engineer interested in working on a high-value Residential project.
Work with a great team, a Site Manager who is has great experience in the industry and runs projects in time and cost.
About The Role
This is a high-profile Sunshine Coast project with a high-level of architectural design and specification.
It's a multi-faceted role and will incorporate the following.
* Design coordination and documentation management
* Procurement and subcontractor coordination
* Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking
* QA inspections and compliance
* Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting
* Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams
About You
* Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
* Experience with a Head Contractor or Builder Developer
* Background delivering building projects within the $50M-$300M range
* Exposure to one or more sectors: Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed-Use
* Residential or mixed-use project experience highly regarded
* Sound understanding of medium to high-rise buldings
* Comfortable working with project systems such as Aconex
* Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced site teams
