Job Title: Accounts Payable / Receivable Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and collating data.
Main Responsibilities:
* Enter invoices and ensure they are signed off by senior management
* Reconcile supplier accounts and make payments
* Raise invoices and provide front-line customer service
* Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
* Close EOM (End of Month) processes and report on AP/AR performance
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Adaptable and proactive approach
* Knowledge of AP/AR procedures and Microsoft Office suite
* Working knowledge of MYOB, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics and Excel desirable
