Analysts to join our team

service provider, focusing on delivering first-class customer service, digital

This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our
Portfolio Management and Assurance (PMA) team within the Policy, Strategy and
Governance division. PMA is a centralised Portfolio Management Office (PMO)
that manages and supports the investment portfolio and lifecycle for DCS. That
means we:
* Manage
the DCS portfolio of projects across several partner agencies, worth
billions of dollars.
* Provide
guidance and support to projects and programs throughout their lifecycle from
idea stage to closure and benefits realisation, ensuring best practice
delivery and achievement of intended outcomes and benefits.
* As a
trusted customer centric service enterprise service provider, enabling
agencies to deliver personalised digital experiences to NSW and this
vacancy will provide a pivotal role in achieving this.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented with a
background in project or portfolio management and is comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

In this role, you'll bring:
* Project
management expertise with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver
complex initiatives.
* Proven
experience in managing multiple complex work assignments, prioritise
workload and manage others to deliver their inputs to the final work
output.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across government agencies to effectively resolve issues and support collaboration.
* Excellent
verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain
complex matters and influence stakeholders, including the ability to
prepare briefings, reports and correspondence for senior audiences.
* Relevant qualification in project management related field (desirable).
* Prior knowledge of government processes, governance and whole of NSW government project approval and delivery frameworks will be highly regarded but not essential.
