About Us:
Slade Health is a provider of sterile compounding services from its TGA licenced manufacturing facilities based in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand.
As a well-established and respected industry name, Slade has been producing aseptically compounded pharmaceutical products including chemotherapy, analgesic, nutrition and antibiotic drugs for use by patients in hospitals for over 50 years.
Our focus on quality, service and productivity has enabled opportunities for Slade to expand significantly.
This is evidenced by our first international facility opening in New Zealand in September ****, with our fourth Australian facility in Adelaide.

About the role:
We are currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to work at our Woodville (Adelaide) site.
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the full time hours are within regular business hours depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Materials ordering
Dispatch of goods
Courier management
Vehicle maintenance scheduling
Resolution of delivery issues
Management and development of the team; including staff training, communicating goals and generating timetables for the Logistic Technicians
Increase efficiencies through implementation of best work practices
Administration duties
Attend to non-conformance, deviations, complaints and recalls
Other tasks as directed
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of GMP (Preferred but not essential)
Experience leading a team
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised and able to successfully manage teams
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
High attention to detail
