Job Overview
Aurizon seeks a skilled professional to support the structured implementation of the Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) across operational and frontline teams.
* Coordinate project activities including scheduling, tracking milestones, and preparing documentation.
* Assist with the development and review of fatigue risk assessments and supporting materials.
* Help facilitate workshops, training sessions, and safety engagement activities.
* Analyse fatigue-related data and prepare clear summaries or insights.
* Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the Human Factors function.
* Provide disciplined project support to ensure FRMS meets regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, safety improvement, operations, regulatory compliance, human factors, or similar fields, with strong organisational and documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
