You will be the
RIGHT-HAND
to a top senior TPD/SUPER/INSURANCE Lawyer, assisting with the running of high‑end, sophisticated, stimulating and interesting cases. You will get
hands‑on BROAD‑SPECTRUM
experience including:
obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, trust deeds/insurance policies, conducting legal research, providing technical legal advice on claim viability, liaising with the super fund, insurers and doctors, briefings to counsel and attending court or settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
Admitted solicitor in NSW (or about to be admitted) with a minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury legal experience
Experience with TPD, super, income protection insurance claims and a genuine keen interest in TPD/Super/insurance law
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
Can work in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment
