Purpose of the role The Marketing and Development Coordinator reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager and interacts regularly with the Executive Director and co-CEO regarding Chunky Move's Fundraising and Development Strategy. The role involves delivering high-quality marketing, communications, and branding outputs, and coordinating development activities and donor stewardship programs. It aims to leverage recent momentum and success in fundraising, the establishment of a new CRM system, and to optimize the company's marketing and communication efforts.
This position suits a proactive, creative problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is passionate about making a difference in the Melbourne Arts community.
Working Structure The Coordinator will work in close cooperation with all Chunky Move personnel.
Other Key Relationships (Internal) Artistic Director and co-CEO, Senior Producer, Finance Manager, Office and Program Coordinator, Fundraising Working Group (Board members).
(External) Publicist, partner organizations' Marketing/Communications teams, individual donors, trusts and foundations, corporate partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
