In this role, you'll:
You will maintain accurate and compliant contract records by managing document control, maintaining contract registers, and ensuring all documentation is prepared using approved templates, procedures and governance requirements.
You will prepare and update contract documentation—including variations, extensions, correspondence and contract summaries—ensuring accuracy and alignment with established processes.
You will monitor key contract milestones, expiry dates and upcoming actions, ensuring timely escalation for renewals, extensions and closeouts to support efficient lifecycle management.
You will support both reporting and assurance activities by gathering data, maintaining trackers and preparing standard reports and dashboards that support governance, compliance and audit readiness.
You will assist with panel governance activities including panel member onboarding, record management and utilisation tracking, ensuring alignment with panel processes and controls.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to obtain required information, clarify documentation, resolve queries and support contract compliance activities across the organisation.
You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative tasks, improve documentation quality, and enhance the accuracy and consistency of reporting and recordkeeping.

About you
You have experience providing administrative support within a procurement, contract management or business services environment, ideally with exposure to governance and compliance processes.
You understand core contract management principles, policies and procedures, including document control, recordkeeping standards, contract registers, approved templates and probity requirements.
You demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms and document or contract management systems, and are confident working with trackers, registers and dashboards.
You communicate clearly and professionally, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both stakeholders and suppliers.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications or can demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
