About Goodstart Bendigo
Our centre is located in the heart of Bendigo, offering a welcoming and accessible environment with nearby cafés, parks, arts, and recreational facilities. It is conveniently positioned on a main road with public transport and free onsite parking. The team is supported by an experienced leadership group, including the Centre Director, 2 Assistant Directors, the Educational Leader, 4 Early Learning Teachers, and 2 Room Leaders, fostering staff development and high‐quality outcomes for children.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Working with Children Check
