Initially offered as a 12‐month fixed‐term contract, long‐term opportunities will exist for high performers, including genuine pathways into supervisory roles as the project continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities
* Loading sand into feed hopper using a 36T excavator including stockpile replenishment whilst feeding.
* Harvesting sand from open public beach with a 700HP tractor landplane and stockpiling material inside the beach compound.

* Supporting sand pumping, dredging, and transfer operations.
* Undertaking off‐season maintenance tasks including inspections, tear downs, rebuilds, sanding, painting and equipment upkeep.
What will you bring?
* Strong excavator experience (final trim highly regarded).
* Current Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
* Background in civil, bulk earthworks, final trim experience, and time‐sensitive production experience.
* Willingness to be hands‐on and support the team off the machine.

* Be home every night – no FIFO or camp work.
* Monday to Friday schedule.
* Unique opportunity to work on Adelaide's beaches.
* Small, supportive team environment.
* Long‐term role with development opportunities.
