We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our WA Field Service team in their Kwinana Workshop. The successful candidate will have extensive belt splicing experience, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of Belt Splicers.
About the Role:
* Manage, lead and mentor the WA Field Service Team in the Kwinana Workshop.
* Conduct performance appraisals to identify future supervisors/leaders and mentors within the team.
* C Coordinate and run Safety / Toolbox meetings on site.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate strong people management skills, with proven ability in leading teams in workshop or mining environments. They should also possess effective communication skills across all levels of management.
The Key Requirements:
Belt Splicing Experience:
This position requires an individual with extensive experience in belt splicing operations within workshops or mining environments. The candidate should be familiar with equipment operation, maintenance requirements and safety procedures related to belt splicing work sites.
Leadership Skills:
A high level of leadership skill is essential for success as a workshop supervisor. You must be able to motivate your team members towards desired outcomes through positive reinforcement techniques such as regular feedback sessions, group discussions etc... While giving opportunity for each member
