Social Support Professional
This is a dynamic, full-time role that plays a key part in guiding young people on their journey to better mental health.
As the first point of contact for individuals accessing our services, you'll provide high-quality assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to drive the ongoing success of the centre.
Your responsibilities may include conducting psychosocial assessments and screenings for young people referred to our service, fostering long-term engagement with clients to ensure they receive the care they need, and advocating for their needs and coordinating their care across services.
What Do You Need?
* You'll require qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing, drug and alcohol work, youth work, or other relevant fields for providing clinical interventions.
* Experience in conducting clinical assessments of young people facing mental health or drug and alcohol challenges is essential.
* A proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is also necessary.
* You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with young people, as well as a solid understanding of technology and clinical software packages.
