We're looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our Darwin team. If you enjoy a role with variety, have strong admin and coordination skills, and like being at the heart of the action—this one's for you.
About the Role In this hands-on role, you'll provide administrative, sales, and operational support across our Darwin branch. You'll be the key link between the sales team, warehouse, and customers—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities Sales order entry, quotes, and customer follow-ups Handling inbound calls and assisting with customer enquiries Checking product availability, pricing, and delivery status Liaising with warehouse/logistics teams to manage dispatch General admin duties including data entry and stock checks Supporting a busy branch team with day-to-day coordination About You Previous experience in admin, sales support, customer service, or operations Confident communicator—comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and time management skills Proactive and organised, with a problem-solving mindset Experience in tyres, automotive or logistics is a bonus (not essential) What's in it for you Competitive salary + performance bonuses Supportive team with a strong local and national presence Career development in a growing national business Regular recognition and employee engagement initiatives Stability and structure—with plenty of variety day-to-day About Us Tyremax is a leading independent tyre wholesaler, delivering quality products and exceptional service to retailers across Australia.
