Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for young people within our headspace centres.
About the role
Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including;
- Delivery of a team-oriented, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients.
- Identifying agencies and community groups that will assist with facilitation of treatment and recovery.
About You
- A genuine caring nature with a passion to help others.
- Have excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships
- Have any of the following qualifications suitable for appropriate registration:
o Social Worker
o Psychologist / Provisional Psychologist / Occupational Therapist
o Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of two years full-time post-graduate experience working within a primary/community mental health setting or equivalent (desirable).
- Some out of hours work and intra-state travel may be required.
