Position Summary
- Partner with schools and school districts on learning solutions that enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Advise and consult on TCM's best-in-class products and services that align with educational targets and goals.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of students and teachers' needs and expectations within your territory.
- Understand opportunities with various customer buyers to develop viable solutions.
- Build relationships with decision makers to gain support and commitment to initiatives/programs.
- Create business and contingency plans in collaboration with the customer based on account discovery.
- Solve issues during execution to eliminate barriers.
- Develop customer call strategies to interact with buyers and gain access to senior-level buyers.
- Coordinate implementation of activities like trade shows, product training, and regional workshops.
- Identify opportunities aligned with customer objectives through discovery.
- Review solutions with customers to highlight alignment with their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- K-12 classroom teaching experience AND/OR
- 2+ years in professional sales
