Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience and passion for production of high-quality stone fired pizza Ability to produce and stretch dough and cook pizza using high grade stone fired oven High volume pizza making experience Proven excellence in customer service with a strong eye for detail Ability to follow instructions and directions Excellent presentation and personal hygiene Thorough knowledge of Food Safety regulations Ability to work unsupervised Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings The right to work in Australia Desirable Criteria High-volume kitchen experience Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent ABOUT US Ubar is a multi-facet food and beverage venue, which specialises in roman style gourmet pizzas cooked in a high-quality stone fired oven.
