**Events Administration Manager - Crown Perth**

- As an Events Administration Manager you will be responsible for administrative support to the broader E&C department to ensure Crown Perth continues to deliver outstanding customer service. You will ensure accurate and timely scheduling and recruitment to reflect business requirements within E&C operations.
To excel in this role, you will have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Your strong communication skills will allow you to engage with stakeholders to deliver accurate staffing levels, timing and scheduling of events and conferences.
**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Administrative support to the E&C Dept.,
- Scheduling of 250+ staff,
- Planning with external staffing agencies,
- Assist with staff management.
**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- Previous experience in an administration or scheduling role
- Previous events experience - at a supervisor level an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities to deliver on business objectives.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
