Along the way, if relocation is an option to broaden your learning, we offer financial assistance.What we’re looking for:We need you to have completed, or be about to complete, a tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar equivalentOur ideal candidate is proactive, committed to safety and the environment and has a drive for continuous improvement and achieving the related cost and efficiency gainsWe know someone with a positive, inquiring nature, can-do and curious nature will thriveAn interest and proficiency in data analytics and visualisation is vitalWe need you to be flexible to travel both within state and interstate when needs ariseDiverse exposure to heavy manufacturing, minerals processing, mining, and constructionThe RoleIn the first year of the program, you will work with our experienced engineers and operational leaders in our largest flagship cement manufacturing site at Birkenhead, South Australia:Understanding the operational components of plant testingAssessing and processing engineering checksAnalysing and interpreting results and dataAll while working safely, understanding HSE requirements, conducting audits and hazard identification when working on site.In your second year you will work on new low carbon products that support our commitment to a greener future and Net Zero Carbon targets.
