Opportunity
Deliver complex structural projects across commercial, mixed-use, education, retail, and major infrastructure-related developments
Exposure to high-profile Olympic-linked projects and landmark Brisbane developments
Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and drafters
Strong involvement in project delivery, technical problem-solving, and client coordination
Collaborative team environment with respected senior leadership
Opportunity to further develop leadership capability and long-term career progression
Balance between hands-on technical engineering and project management responsibilities
Ideal Background
Around 6-10+ years structural consulting experience within Australia
Strong technical capability across reinforced concrete, steel, and building structures
ETABS and RAPT experience highly regarded
Exposure to software such as SpaceGass, RAM Concept, SAFE, or similar advantageous
Previous experience mentoring junior engineers or leading smaller teams
Site experience and practical construction understanding highly regarded
Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing project priorities
CPEng or progressing toward chartership viewed favourably
