Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development of an annual brand strategy anchored in our newly formed brand platform. You will be responsible for leading a passionate team and championing the brand at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Health & Performance: Oversee brand tracking and translate insights into initiatives that elevate impact and reputation.
* Annual Brand Plan: Develop a comprehensive brand plan and roadmap that translates strategy into actionable programs across your designated remit.
* Cross-Channel Activation: Drive a coordinated program of work across partnerships, social, content, experience, and brand governance, working closely with channel leads who deliver the work.
* Team Leadership & Influence: Lead a team of channel owners with clarity, vision, and strategic alignment, working closely with teams across Marketing and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of how to build, grow, and protect brand value in a complex landscape. They will be a proven leader in brand management, with recognised expertise in brand building.
