Right at Home Brisbane North and South is seeking a professional and client-focused Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.
We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience who is committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Role Overview: This community-based role requires extensive travel to clients' homes, where you will conduct clinical supervisions, perform comprehensive documentation & assessments, wound management and catheter care.
* Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians
* Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home
* Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
* Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care
* AHPRA Registration
* Australian National Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Queensland Driver License
* Moderate level of computer literacy
