About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems & Accreditation Lead who values collaboration, diversity and continuous improvement. In this key role you will champion our quality assurance and compliance frameworks, ensure ongoing organisational alignment with Social Services Standards and Child Safe Standards and coordinate our first accreditation process for Rainbow Tick Standards.
Located within our Corporate Services team and reporting to the Head of Risk Infrastructure and Administration, this full time (38 hours per week) chance is available on a fixed term contract for 3.5 years.
As the Quality Systems & Accreditation Lead, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of CNV’s integrated Quality Framework.
- Coordinate organisational alignment and external accreditation requirements, ensuring CNV meets and exceeds sector standards.
- Provide expert advice on compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage quality-related projects and drive audit readiness across the organisation.
- Support the organisation’s privacy and data protection frameworks.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and inclusion across all teams.
This is a pivotal role that works cross-functionally to embed best practice and ensure CNV continues to deliver safe, inclusive, and high-quality services to our community.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Compliance, or a related field, or 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Social Services Standards, Child Safe Standards, and Rainbow Tick accreditation.
- Proven ability to lead quality assurance initiatives and interpret complex compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to CNV’s values, including gender equity, cultural safety, and inclusion.
