This Part-Time Position will assist in providing coverage for RDOs and Annual Leave for our Night Crew; Ideal for those looking for 2-3 shifts per week.
About the role
* Conduct the night audit and oversee financial controls such as revenue auditing, accounts payable, credit card transactions, and purchasing policies
* Collaborate with hotel management to monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies
* Maintain hotel safety, security and emergency procedures
* Assist in checking in late arriving and early departing guests, providing the highest level of service
About You
* A true night owl with the ability to work consistent overnight shifts (11 pm-7 am)
* Supervisory experience in hotel Front Office operations
* Organised, dependable, and confident, working independently
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
* Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage
