Customer Service Professional
This role is a pivotal part of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can provide dedicated support to purchasers throughout the contract management, settlement, and construction phases.
* We require someone with experience in customer service within the real estate industry and a solid understanding of the sales process.
In this role, you will be based at one of our display suites with the sales team. Your duties will include responding to purchaser inquiries regarding contract management and settlement, explaining fundamental contract terms where needed.
Additionally, you will lead and coordinate the full customer experience by communicating proactively around construction updates and providing assistance when required. You will also play a key role in reducing fall-over rates through effective communication.
Your responsibilities will involve maintaining daily weekly monthly settlement status reports liaising with solicitors financial planners brokers buyers internal staff about contracts settlements progress preparing handover booklets manuals document preparation assisting purchasers with defect inspections depreciation schedules property leasing information as needed providing administrative business support when requested
