We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our successful electrical team in delivering high-quality solutions across commercial and construction sectors.
Main Responsibilities
* To lead and develop a team of electrical professionals ensuring efficient service delivery and profitable operations.
* Maintain high standards of service quality through effective delegation, communication, and team management skills.
* Quote and estimate Level 2, housing, and general electrical works with accuracy and efficiency.
* Liaise with internal teams and clients for seamless job coordination and project success.
* Support team development and performance reviews to enhance overall team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Educational background in electrical trade or equivalent experience.
* Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills to motivate and guide the team.
* Customer-focused approach with ability to build lasting relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
* Experience in quoting and invoicing with competence using job management systems (e.g., SimPRO).
* NSW Electrical Contractor Licence or Supervisor Certificate.
* White Card and full working rights in Australia.
