About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch reception services to our guests from check-in through check-out.
* Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/check-out, and complete audit procedures as required
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend training courses as required and assist with Night Team's training and development efforts
* Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
* Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
* Follow company brand standards
* Assist other departments as necessary
