Spinifex Recruiting is proud to partner with Castrikum Adams Legal, a well-regarded boutique firm in the Northern Rivers, to appoint a Junior/Senior Conveyancer or Junior Solicitor.
This is an opportunity to step into a hands‐on role with genuine file ownership, working within a supportive team and enjoying a 4-day working week in a highly desirable lifestyle location.
The Opportunity
Working closely with an experienced team, you will be involved in NSW and QLD conveyancing transactions from start to finish. This role suits someone who is confident managing files (or working toward that level) and is looking to deepen their expertise across property and broader legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage or support end-to-end conveyancing transactions
* Prepare contracts, correspondence and legal documentation
* Coordinate files from instruction through to settlement
* Monitor and manage critical dates and deadlinesliaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and brokers
* Conduct searches and review property enquiries
* Manage PEXA workspaces and settlements
* Complete post-settlement processes and file finalisation
* Support compliance requirements (AML/CTF, VOI, authority checks)
For Junior Solicitors, there is additional exposure to:
* Property and conveyancing advice
* Leasing and construction matters
* Wills, estates and elder law
* Estate administration and disputes
* General civil and commercial matters
About You
* Previous conveyancing or legal file management experience (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders
* Comfortable using systems such as LEAP, PEXA, InfoTrack, and Microsoft 365
* Organised, proactive and accountable in your work

Remuneration
$59,000 - $68,000 + super (pro rata) depending on experience
