Commercial Litigation Associate or Junior Senior Associate

About your new employer:

About the role:
* Navigate complex commercial litigation, class actions, and defamation matters.
* Defend professional indemnity insurers in negligence claims.
* Manage corporate and regulatory disputes, including shareholder and contractual disputes.
* Take ownership of files with support from senior lawyers, with opportunities to mentor junior team members.
The ideal candidate:
* 3-6 years’ experience in large-scale commercial litigation matters (professional indemnity lawyers seeking experience in commercial litigation are encouraged to apply also).
* Strong analytical skills and a good eye for detail.
* Capable of running files autonomously while working collaboratively.
* Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
