About the Role
This role involves managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. You will work closely with an Assistant Manager to develop and maintain a deep understanding of your customers' business and financial needs.
You will drive growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals. With access to new systems and technologies, you will have valuable insights to support your efforts.
In this role, you will collaborate with product partners and other ANZ stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals. A results-driven leadership team will guide and support you in your career development.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
* Build and maintain internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
* Structure deals with product and specialist teams
* Manage credit and operational risks proactively
* Apply Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as required
Requirements
* Ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction
* Strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products
* Ability to assess and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs
* Experience in assessing and approving customer creditworthiness and structuring credit options
* Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and banking products
* Commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiency and create long-term value
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and risk mitigation strategies
