About the Role

This role reports to our Scrip Operations Manager and works closely with the team to deepen your knowledge across the full spectrum of equity settlements, CHESS operations, and corporate actions while supporting the wider business. You will work with cutting‐edge systems, including GBST Shares, and continue to grow your technical skills.
What You'll Be Working On
* Manage CHESS conversions, broker‐to‐broker movements and holdings administration.
* Coordinate trade settlements with offshore custodians and brokers.
* Process corporate actions accurately and on time.
* Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
* Deliver clear, fair, and consistently high‐quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Stockbroking industry experience with equity and options processing.
* Practical knowledge of ASX rules and CHESS compliance requirements.
* Experience handling corporate actions and post‐trade activities.
* Ability to approach complex problems methodically and communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical colleagues.
* Full permanent working rights in Australia are essential.
