The Role
Advocacy focus – Significant Fair Work Commission and tribunal work.
Real responsibility – Run your own matters from day one, with mentoring opportunities available at senior levels.
No business development – 100% of your time is spent on legal work for established clients.
Work-life balance – Standard office hours (8.30-5pm with an hour lunch).

About You
Strong background in employment law.
