About The Role
As the Embedded Finance Partnerships Manager, you’ll help shape and grow MYOB’s financial services partnerships across banking, payments and embedded finance. Sitting within our Solo & Embedded Finance group, you’ll look after some of MYOB’s most strategic relationships, from major banks and card schemes through to payment service providers and fintech partners. You’ll balance day‑to‑day relationship management with meaningful commercial work, leading partner negotiations, supporting big projects across the payments space, and helping deliver next‑generation embedded finance experiences that make it easier for MYOB customers to run their businesses and get paid. Key responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic partnerships across financial institutions, payments providers and embedded finance partners Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring clear governance, regular engagement and smooth issue resolution Lead commercial negotiations, contract management and delivery against agreed partner outcomes Work closely with product, technology, compliance and procurement teams to deliver aligned, customer‑focused solutions Support major strategic initiatives, including RFP processes and expanding embedded finance into new customer segments Identify and manage risk, spot cost‑optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the partner portfolio What we’d love to see from you
Proven experience in financial services, fintech, payments or banking partnerships Strong understanding of the payments landscape, including card schemes, payment rails and acquiring models Demonstrated experience managing complex relationships with senior stakeholders Commercially savvy, with hands‑on experience negotiating contracts and partner commercials Comfortable navigating regulated environments and working with cross‑functional teams A confident communicator who can present, influence and build trust at all levels Our Culture & Benefits
