Recruitment Support Officer – OverviewOur internal recruitment team consists of 120+ personnel across our Perth and Brisbane offices.
We go above and beyond daily for our candidates and deliver a high volume of quality hires each month to ensure Monadelphous always delivers for our customers.
We consider recruitment as the 'engine room' to Monadelphous and due to continued growth, we are looking for Recruitment Support Officer to join our team.
Your immediate focus would be supporting the recruitment, mobilisation and on boarding functions for various projects and business units.

Conduct reference checking and booking pre-employment medicals.Review, book and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure compliance is met.Review, book and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure compliance is met.Adhere to tight timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure project requirements are met.Maintenance of personal information and compliance in Recruitment Database (Avature).
