Essential
* Qualification in Business Administration or a related field
* Recent proven track record (minimum 7-10 years) in C-Suits role or similar management roles within the aged care sector or a related healthcare industry
* Demonstrated experience in Leadership, sound knowledge of People Resources (HR) and Workforce Management, budgeting knowledge, instigating business operation plans and Experience in Management of compliance and continuous improvement
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act and other relevant legislation
* Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
* Appropriate National Police Check
* Valid Driver's License.

* Support the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice guidelines.
* Serve as the "gatekeeper" of organisational compliance, ensuring that the organisation meets all applicable aged care, regulatory and accreditation standards and requirements.
* Oversee the efficient and effective management of administrative functions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
* May be required to work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines or respond to emergencies.
