They service a diverse range of industries such as mining/resources, and infrastructure.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Prepare and review management reports, including monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
Provide insights into financial performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Collaborate with production managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting for manufacturing processes.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform variance analysis and report on key financial metrics.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and compliance documentation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.
The Successful ApplicantAbout You: Tertiary degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA/CA qualification (or in progress) is desirable.
Immediately Available or available on short notice.
Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Open to consider applications from all industries.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (experience with ERP systems like SAP or similar is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
