About the Role
We are currently looking for a Production & Yard Supervisor for our Lidcombe plant.
These roles are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail.
We are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running in January 2026

So, we are looking for Supervisors who are not afraid to "get on the tools" and work their way up.
Duties and responsibilities
* Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
* Oversee production schedule and manage conflicting priorities & changes
* Production using various computer software systems
* Stock management and coordination of deliveries
* Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
* Confidently manage teams and lead by example
* Compete all required reporting
About you
* Experience working in a supervisory or similar level, prefferably within concrete or construction manufacturing environment
* A team player who is self‑motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
* A willingness to go the extra mile, while supporting a strong team culture
* Passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results focused
* Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
* Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
* Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage
* Be willing to complete a police check, as well as pass a pre‑employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
