About the role
This full-time, 6-month Sales Development role at Property Analytics represents an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with the company Director in acquiring new clients across Australia. Since 2010, Property Analytics has been providing premium market research to leading real estate agencies in Melbourne and Sydney. We've recently built a powerful, user-friendly data analytics tool that is unlike anything else available in the market, and we need a driven sales professional to help us achieve market penetration across Australia. You'll be responsible for converting qualified leads into demo opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents and agency Directors, and ultimately driving subscription sales. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a game-changing product launch and make a significant impact on company growth. There is real scope to extend the position beyond 6-months.
What you'll be doing
Lead Generation & Qualification
* Respond to leads generated through Meta advertising campaigns and other marketing channels
* Make targeted outbound calls to leading real estate agents and agency Directors
* Qualify leads and assess their needs for market research and business intelligence tools
* Achieve daily KPIs of 40+ quality phone calls to prospects
Sales Activities
* Quickly determine and convey the appropriate value proposition according to client needs
* Schedule and conduct customised online product demonstrations to individuals and groups
* Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to product demonstration and sales conversion, and maintain relationships over time
* Follow up prospects via phone, email and text to ensure full agency knowledge of Property Analytics SaaS tools and client benefits
* Achieve daily KPIs of 10+ daily online product demonstrations to qualified leads
Product Knowledge
* Develop a deep understanding of Property Analytics' platform, services and history
* Learn competitor SaaS products, and identify gaps, competitive advantages and complimentary solutions
* Confidently present Business Intelligence tools and effectively communicate real-life benefits
Reporting Performance
* Track all activities and opportunities in CRM systems
* Report on pipeline progress and conversion metrics
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and effectively provide feedback to the company Director and product development team
What we're looking for
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong phone-based sales skills and professional online e-meet presentation skills
* Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features
* Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Professional demeanour suitable for engaging with established real estate professionals
* Someone who can hit the ground running and work independently after initial training
* Experience with SaaS, real estate, data analytics, and B2B sales cycles
