Managing our Diversity, Equal Opportunity Programs, and ensuring that our leadership teams display our common values in their interactions with our Team Members, we help foster a healthy, safe and productive environment for our team.What will I be doing?As the Human Resources Officer you are responsible for managing HR administration responsibilities to deliver an excellent team experience. You will also be required to interface with the HR system and support employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel filesEnsure accurate information is fed into the bespoke HR systemAssist with employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capabilityEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried outSupporting the hotel with departmental training requirements including inductions, work experience, careers fairs, and training materialsEnsure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelinesOrganise team member events within the hotelAssist and resolve team member and management queriesHandle office telephone enquiriesUpdate all internal communicationsManage rewards, benefits and recognition programsManage Recruitment and OnboardingPartake in the roll out and facilitation of Learning and Development initiatives.What are we looking for?To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in hotelsTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Hotel ManagementPositive attitudeGood communication and people skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externallyExcellent grooming standardsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work on their own or in teamsWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
